Delivery Information

Shipping

All our products are made and shipped from the UK.

All our products are made to order, therefore our current order processing is 1-3 weeks. Once your order has been received, it will be confirmed and processed, and you will receive an email to confirm that it has been dispatched.

Packaging

We always try and reduce the amount of packaging used in our orders, without compromising the quality of the delivered items.

We also have a lot of boxes coming into the office, so where possible we will re-use these for your items to help keep the costs down and reduce the environmental impact. We also aim to use 100% recyclable materials where feasible.

Delivery method

We ship all our products with either recyclable mail bags or larger items are sent in boxes through the Royal Mail.

International shipping is available, but please contact us for a price before placing your order.

Estimated delivery time

Royal Mail 1st class typically takes 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Second Class typically takes 2-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please allow up to 15 working days for international orders following email confirmation of dispatch.

Customs and Imports Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and imports taxes that may apply. Stitchology UK accept no responsibility for delays due to customs.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds due to each product being made to order. However, if your product that was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way please get in touch. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, so please contact us if you have a problem.
